Rules & Regulatory Training

If you are a Class 1 Railroad Contractor you are likely aware, CP is fostering, in part, a change in the Track Protection process for their Railway Contractors.

In certain instances, this change will make it mandatory for “Railway Contractors” that already hold a valid Certificate of Rules (CROR “D” Card) from either CN or CP to provide their own track protection in accordance with CP Rule Book for Engineering Employees (Effective October 14th, 2015)

Trans-Canada Audit Corp. (which is owned & Operated by Tom Gough a 36 yr retired vetran of CP), is now authorized by CP to conduct training in connection with CP Rule Book for Engineering Employees for Railway Construction Contractors.
